Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to my phone

Make sure Jupiter is ready to connect. If there is micro SD card inside, it will turn off pairing function. Move your device closer to Jupiter. Remove “EAM-JUP” from the Bluetooth device list and pair again.

There is no sound

Check the volume on Jupiter and your device. Make sure the correct playback mode is selected. Check whether playback is pauced. If in Micro SD Card Mode, check if your music files are supported (Mp3, Wav files).

Microphone feedback or loud noice

Keep the microphone away from the speaker. Do not point the microphone toward Jupiter. Reduce the microphone volume or eccho level.
