RefleTag Supports

Please loosen the screws first. The screws has protection to prevent it falling out, so it is normal that the screws stay on the cover. Once the screws are loosened, turn the product upside down and keep the red side up. Shake the product to make sure all screws are away from the holes a bit. Then turn the back cover counterclockwisely.

1. Double check if you enable the Find My network. Please go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Find My, turn on “Find My iPhone” and turn on “Share My Location.”
2. Make sure your iOS is up to date.
3. Double check if the location services is turned on. Please go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and turn it on. Then search for “Find My” app and make sure Allow Location Access and Percise Location is turned on.
4. Move RefleTag really close to your iPhone or look for a place with less signal interference.
5. Restart your iPhone. Sometimes restarting your iPhone is the best solution to fix minor software glitches.
